Focused Applied Skill Set Training (F.A.S.S.T.) Men<\/strong> is a program designed for people not inclined to join a traditional Martial Arts school that requires a substantial time commitment.\u00a0 The goal is to develop skill sets that are very direct, easy to learn, easy to apply, and easy to remember.\u00a0 These skill sets must allow for the immediate dispatching of an assailant if and when the time comes.\u00a0 This program is a 10-session (hour) course that will meet twice a week for five weeks.\u00a0 F.A.S.S.T. Men<\/strong> is drill intensive and only focuses on developing skills that matter most in a real-life attack.\u00a0 The classes are taught in small groups (2 to 6 students).\u00a0 This ensures that every student receives an adequate amount of attention, therefore, developing good habits.<\/p>\n

• Rapid Linear Strikes – (3 to 5 punches in approximately 1 second.)<\/li>\n
• Offensive Footwork – (The ability to move forward and strike without losing balance or exposing yourself to a counter-attack.)<\/li>\n
• Functional Defense – (Reality Defense Training is the only Martial Art with a defense that can be applied on the street.)<\/li>\n
• Simultaneous Counter Attack – (The ability to defend and instantly counterattack is a devastating skill to apply during an attack.)<\/li>\n
• Reaction Training – (A developed skill set designed to teach you to deal with a surprise attack or sucker punch.)<\/li>\n
• Confrontation Management – (The process of defusing and de-escalating a potentially violent situation while preparing for it through physical posturing and verbal maneuvering.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nCost: $600.00 per student (Semi-Private Group Rate, 2 to 6 Students).
