Basic Protective Skills – (B.P.S) is the first in the series of on going training.\u00a0 This 10 session course introduces you all the basic punching and defensive skills needed to comprehensively and confidently connect a series of offensive techniques in an attack while maintaining the ability to defend.\u00a0 Basic Confrontation Management is also introduced to begin the understanding of how to defuse and de-escalate a potentially violent situation (while preparing for it).<\/p>\n

(Note)<\/strong> Basic Protective Skills and the subsequent courses are offered to women after they have completed Self Defense for Woman program.<\/p>\n
